The best thing was the location and the friendliness of the staff.very eager to help out. I would recommend this hotel over and over to anyone. I think the Accor group dpes a good job. I wouyld definately stay there on my next trip to Antwerpen

Lots of substantial breakfast items to choose from. Brand-new, functional room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. Recently renovated building, best possible location near to Antwerp for a 2 days business trip, a restaurant which is much appreciated and all main attractions...

Excellent location and a big window to view the city centre! A night staff was very nice and kindly gave me a bottele of water! Totally, this is a value for money hotel :D

When I checked in, I realised that I was stolen my passport and bag, a receptionist was very business-like and she was very helpless. She should have done any help rather than asking me a payment.

It s a good place to stay if you don't have car. Very close the station and all the tourist place.

Just the room not completely did each days, but otherwise all the stuff was perfect.

The receptionist was very freindly and good looking.

No hotel parking although the car park outside the hotel is ok at 12 euros for 24hours. The area around the station is less than desirable, probably like most major cities. The hotel room had a security chain on the door, good but hardly reassuring.

It is very close to Central Station.

It is very noisy because it is close to major roads and tramroutes. The street noise kept me awake most of the night. The rooms were very hot and there is no air conditioning. I can't recommend this hotel as a comfortable place to stay.

It was in a marvellous location with a large well-defined zoo nearby.

My children wished the breakfast offered more vegetarian choices, as the options were a bit limited.

1St night I stayed in a room fronting the Astrid Square. Very noisy, trams are running and someone decided to do roadconstruction at night. 2Nd night we stayed in a different room at the backsite of the hotel. No view, but at least I could sleep well.

Couldn't recommend more for a budget stay

Clean room, comfortable breakfast, with tv and easy access to public transportation for exploring nearby attractions.

All was perfect.
